Description

Quad Dewormer Chewable Tablets are a broad spectrum dewormer to remove the common tapeworms, hookworms, roundworms, and whipworms from dogs and puppies at least 3 weeks of age and 2 lbs. body weight. Quad Dewormer Chewable Tablets contain praziquantel, pyrantel pamoate, and febantel. Feed by hand, or offer with a small amount of food. Chewable tablets.
Each Quad Dewormer Tablet for small dogs 2-25 lbs. contains 22.7 mg praziquantel, 22.7 mg pyrantel pamoate and 113.4 mg febantel.
Small dog dosage: 2-4 lbs.: 1/2 tablet; 5-7 lbs.: 1 tablet; 8-12 lbs.: 1 1/2 tablets; 13-18 lbs.: 2 tablets; 19-25 lbs.: 2.5 tablets.
Each Quad Dewormer Tablet for medium dogs 26-50 lbs. contains 68 mg praziquantel, 68 mg pyrantel pamoate and 340.2 mg febantel.
Medium dog dosage: 26-30 lbs.: 1 tablet; 31-44 lbs.: 1 1/2 tablets; 45-60 lbs.: 2 tablets. Each Quad Dewormer Tablet for large dogs 45 lbs. and greater contains 136 mg praziquantel, 136 mg pyrantel pamoate and 680.4 mg febantel.

Large dog dosage: 45-60 lbs.: 1 tablet; 61-90 lbs.: 1 1/2 tablets; 91-120 lbs.: 2 tablets.
